Yum,yumm..


My feveret wholewheat spaghetti bolognese.

Ingredients:

1 packet wholewheat spaghetti, cooked in boiling water with a little pinch of salt and 1 tblsp olive oil, drained and set aside.

1 large yellow onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2kg minced chicken/meat
1 can tomato puree
1 can whole mushroom, diced
1 capsicum/green pepper, diced
1 tsp mixed herbs
Olive oil
Sugar & salt

Heat the oil, saute the onion and garlic until softened. Add in the minced meat, stir until browned, pour in the tomato puree, stir again until boiling. Reduce the temperature and stir in the mushroom, pepper and mixed herbs. Season well with sugar and salt.

You can sprinkle parmesan over the spaghetti and top a good ladleful of the sauce, before you dig in. Enjoy!!!

Insaflah, sama aje, masih karbohidrat, cuma wholewheat katanya karbo baik, betul? ;)
